Concept

German and English show many differences in terms of vocabulary, spelling, grammar, phrasing, and other areas. The course (available in person or online) examines the structural elements of academic writing in English and explores the possibilities of appropriate expression using various types of text. Structuring and planning of texts as well as lexical skills to achieve pertinence and conciseness provide focal points. To ensure that all participants can work and learn on the same level, a command of English at about the B2 stage of language proficiency is required.
